Locally owned and operated, TruCare Home Health began providing home health services in 1984, serving twelve parishes in Northeast Louisiana.
In 2022, TruCare Home Health expanded to Shreveport Louisiana, now allowing us to serve all Northern Louisiana Parishes.
TruCare Home Health offers skilled and palliative home health care services through our partnership with our sister hospice agencies: Premier Bastrop, Premier Monroe, Superior Hospice.
